The Firm Audley Chaucer is a premier quality law firm situated in the prestigious town of Esher, Surrey. The principals of the firm have over 60 years of legal experience and this is a great opportunity to join an expanding firm. We work to the highest standards and have a diverse range of clients.
The Role A capable and proficient family lawyer with at least 1 year experience is required for a growing business that handles a busy and mixed caseload. This is a role suitable for an ambitious solicitor with aspirations of becoming a partner. The firm will consider a legal executive with experience.
The Candidate You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearly, as well as being a determined negotiator with robust advocacy skills. It is important that you have excellent IT and organisational skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Running caseloads which will include all areas of dispute resolution
- Conduct caseload efficiently
- Efficient time recording and case management using IT systems
- Demonstrate excellent client care
- Market the firm to build on the existing caseload
