Why This Role is Exciting

We are seeking a Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring for Sales and Go-To-Market roles across EMEA. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role is ideal for a recruiter experienced in scaling businesses and international hiring, especially in the UK, Germany, and other key EMEA markets. This is a 90-day temporary position, with potential extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales and Go-To-Market roles in EMEA (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, Implementations).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and candidate success profiles.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, ATS, referrals).
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience reflecting our brand and culture.
  • Coordinate interviews and work closely with Talent Ops.
  • Ensure compliance with local hiring laws and internal standards.
  • Represent our employer brand in the EMEA region.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in Sales hiring across EMEA.
  • Ability to source and close candidates in competitive markets.
  • Experience in high-growth, scaling SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of regional hiring trends and local talent expectations.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
