Why This Role is Exciting

We are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support our hyper growth efforts for recruitment on roles across EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales (GoToMarket). In this role, you will work closely with our first Senior TA Partner in our EMEA HQ (Central London), assisting in the day‑to‑day execution of the recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone earlier on in their recruitment career to learn the nuances of international hiring alongside a tight‑knit, sales‑driven and collaborative team. This is a temporary position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Location: Hybrid - 2x Per Week in London-based office

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles in the EMEA region, with a heavy emphasis on Sales and GTM (e.g., Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Engineers) to ensure a smooth process from application to hire.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior TA Partner to understand role requirements and execute defined interview plans.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Perform recruitment screening of passive and active candidates for role alignment, interest level and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a high-touch candidate experience through timely communication and authentic representation of our culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of interview coordination across various time zones.
  • Maintain data integrity within our ATS and ensure candidate records meet local hiring regulations.
  • Ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment as an in-house recruiter or agency firm.
  • Strong interest in developing sourcing, coordination and screening skills within the SaaS B2B industry across multiple countries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter and GSuite.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills focused on candidate engagement.
