Why This Role is Exciting This role involves expanding AuditBoard’s presence into UKI and DACH regions, a key strategic growth area. You will work closely with European GTM teams, prospects, customers, and partners to develop solutions tailored to European GRC needs and drive meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and promote the product strategy and roadmap for the European market. Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to go-to-market. Conduct customer and market discovery to identify challenges and opportunities. Use data to inform product decisions and prioritization. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to design solutions. Create user scenarios, use cases, and localized requirements. Work with engineering and design teams to ship products. Define success metrics, analyze feedback, and iterate. Establish lighthouse EMEA customers and support their adoption. Participate actively in sales and onboarding to promote product adoption and provide guidance. Attributes for a Successful Candidate 8+ years in product management, leading B2B SaaS products from concept to launch. Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Passion for creating excellent user experiences without complexity. Technical fluency to align technical and business goals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
