Responsibilities

  1. Shape and refine the roadmap for AI-first automation solutions, ensuring alignment with the goal of transforming audit, risk, and compliance.
  2. Enable a rapid-iteration AI team—comprising machine learning engineers, software engineers, data annotation specialists, prompt engineers, and subject matter experts—by setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks, and driving rapid prototyping cycles.
  3. Work directly with a highly engaged customer base, as well as sales engineering, customer success, and other product managers, to gather insights, validate features, and ensure solutions address real user needs.
  4. Translate complex workflows and customer pain points into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  5. Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate success, iterate rapidly based on feedback and data, and maximize the impact of AI-driven features.
  6. Act as a champion for AI-first innovation, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends and leverages emerging technologies effectively.
  7. Communicate progress and priorities clearly across stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.

Attributes of a Successful Candidate:

  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, ideally focused on AI-driven or automation-first solutions in enterprise SaaS.
  2. A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is a strong plus.
  3. Demonstrated ability to enable rapid-iteration teams, driving collaboration across machine learning engineers, software engineers, data annotation specialists, prompt engineers, and subject matter experts.
  4. Skilled in rapid prototyping and iterative development, with a focus on delivering high-value, customer-centric features quickly.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in defining, measuring, and iterating on key performance metrics.
  6. Ability to translate complex workflows and customer pain points into actionable product requirements aligned with business goals.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders and maintain momentum.
  8. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with practical experience applying them to workflow automation and optimization.
