- As the People Business Partner for EMEA and APAC at Optro, you will lead our regional people strategy and shape the employee experience across these locations.
- This role is a perfect fit for a proactive and resourceful individual who is excited to help drive the company’s global expansion by building new processes from the ground up while also serving as a key partner and coach to leaders and employees across every department
- Please note: This is a hybrid position based in London and will require travel to the office two times per week. There will also be occasional business travel for meetings
- Partner with and coach leaders at all levels on a wide range of people processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, team development, and organisational design
- Advise and coach leaders on managing complex employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, and grievances
- Provide expertise on local labor law and compliance across EMEA and APAC, ensuring the company operates in a compliant manner
- Support global expansion within EMEA and APAC through entity creation and PEOs
- In partnership with teams within the People organisation, support the development and implementation of foundational people policies, processes, and programs for the EMEA and APAC regions
- Collaborate closely with US-based People Business Partners and leaders to ensure a cohesive and consistent global people strategy
- Leverage data and analytics to influence business strategy and inform decision-making
