Are you an experienced Technology Risk or IT Audit professional looking to step into a high-impact role within a forward-thinking organisation? We’re supporting an instantly recognisable business in the search for a Senior Technology Risk & Controls Analyst to strengthen their technology risk posture and drive a robust control environment across the organisation.
This role plays a central part in shaping the organisation’s risk strategy supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology controls. You’ll work cross-functionally with Technology, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure compliance, tackle emerging risks, and enhance control performance.
Overview
- Hybrid working model with two days in office, up to three at home

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and assessing technology risks and issues
- Evaluate and test ITGCs, application controls, and technology processes
- Document control findings and develop remediation plans with stakeholders
- Monitor progress of corrective actions and track remediation status
- Maintain updates within the organisation’s GRC system
- Collaborate closely with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line teams
- Support audit and assurance activities
- Produce reports, dashboards, KRIs/KPIs, and control performance insights
- Promote strong controls utilizers and awareness across the business
Technical Skills
- Background in IT Audit, IT Internal Audit, Technology Risk, Controls, or Compliance
- Understanding of ITGCs, application controls, cloud, cybersecurity, and data privacy
- Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX
- Experience leveraging data analytics and automation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
