Audit & Risk Recruitment have been engaged by an insurance company to help recruit a new Independent Non-Executive Director, SMF 11, Audit Committee Chair, responsible for chairing and overseeing the performance of the role of the audit committee.
As the SMF 11, Audit Committee Chair, you will join the board as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, providing independent oversight, challenging executive decisions, guiding strategy, operational management, commercial and financial matters, and risk management, championing whistleblowing policies and helping shape the company's future.
