Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a high‐growth engineering business based in Stevenage in the search for an Enterprise Risk Analyst. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to step into a visible and well‐supported role within a developing risk function. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation's enterprise risk management capability, working closely with the Risk Manager and Head of Risk to embed robust risk processes across the business.
As Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective administration of the organisation's risk management system and for supporting the ongoing development of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. You will act as a key point of contact for risk champions and risk owners across the business, helping to ensure risk information is accurate, timely, and consistently applied.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day‐to‐day administration of the Xactium risk management tool, ensuring data quality and system integrity.
- Ensure all risk events and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) are accurately recorded, maintained, and updated within the system.
- Coordinate with risk champions and risk owners across the business to support risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
- Educate and support stakeholders on correct system usage and best practice risk management processes.
- Assist the Risk Manager and Head of Risk with the ongoing build and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Produce risk‐related reporting and insights to support management and governance forums.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of risk processes, controls, and documentation.
The successful candidate will have some experience in Enterprise Risk Management gained from working in a commercial or industrial setting. Any previous usage of risk management tools (Xactium, Riskonnect) will be highly regarded.
