Role Overview
- 12-month FTC ITGC Project Manager role focused on SOX IT Controls delivery.
- Role has been strengthened to require significantly more SOX expertise and delivery experience.
- Objective is to bring in someone who can actively lead and drive IT controls projects
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SOX compliance projects across multiple IT systems.
- Review existing system controls and identify required SOX enhancements.
- Define required controls, documentation, testing processes and governance requirements.
- Drive project delivery, identify risks early and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across Finance, IT and Controls teams.
- Projects & Scope
- Approximately 9 additional systems currently being added into SOX scope.
- Similar scale of work to the previous year's SOX programme delivery.
- Covers global operations including UK, US, France, Germany, Canada and China.
- Candidate will oversee multiple concurrent workstreams and system control implementations.
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ITGC and SOX programme experience essential.
