Audit and risk recruitment are exclusively working with an internationally leading Stock Exchange Group seeking an IT/Internal Audit Manager in the change and transformation space.
In this role, you will support the Head of Audit and Change and the Senior Audit Transformation Manager, leading ERP and wider business transformation projects across a group spanning 60 countries.
You will work with a 10-year strategic partnership with a major Cloud infrastructure provider, overseeing and providing insights on this partnership and other transformation activities, including IT change across multi-cloud solutions, data analytics, ERP, and AI projects.
You will have autonomy to manage multiple stakeholders across the international group and aim to build a dedicated Audit and Change team. The role offers wide technical exposure, including ongoing cloud projects and complex IT/internal audit activities.
- 12 months FTC, Β£75-85k (likely extension)
- 2-3 days in central London offices
- Note: This role cannot provide sponsorship.
Role Purpose
Work as part of an audit team to complete audit and IT change projects, delivering impactful reports and improving controls.
Contribute proactively to team meetings and independently conduct audit walkthroughs with partners.
Complete audit testing, transformation activities, and draft reports, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Provide input to senior management on risks and suggested changes to the audit plan.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the audit plan for strategic partnerships within budget and quality standards.
- Contribute to change and transformation projects across the group.
- Resolve assurance issues and escalate as needed.
- Provide SME insights regarding partnerships and transformations affecting the business.
- Deliver core audit components, especially in technical infrastructure and application audits.
- Complete professional qualifications as scheduled.
Requirements
- CISA qualification (preferred)
- Experience or certification in change/transformation is a plus
- Recognized internal audit or accounting qualification (not essential)
- Proven experience in assurance delivery and supervision, including transformation reviews
- Experience in fast-paced international environments is advantageous
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attitude towards continuous improvement
