A luxury goods business based in Central London is seeking an Internal Controls Manager. The role offers a salary of £80,000 per annum plus a 10% bonus, with 4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Controls and part of the Finance function, this position will involve:
- Line management of a team of 3.
- Building an effective financial and operational controls framework for the Group.
- Leading project management of process improvement and systems upgrades.
- Involvement in retail-specific controls work, improving processes for areas like stock management and control.
- Building relationships within a globally dispersed organisation to embed a functional risk and controls framework throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Internal Controls professional with previous line management experience. Experience in the retail sector is highly regarded but not essential. ACA/ACCA qualified accountants are also preferred, although applicants without these qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered.
