Key responsibilities
- Leverage and expand your professional network and be proactive in developing new opportunities
- Work closely with other firm Leaders and Partners in business development and driving wider firm growth
- Establish the strategy of the new function and recruiting to build out a team
You should be
- A proven strong track record of leading proposals and winning new client work (or renewal of existing projects)
- Experience building out a function and establishing your team/niche
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully internally and externally
- Strong technical insights and skills; creating competitive and valuable solutions to clients
- Hold a professional qualification: ACA/ACCA/CIA (or similar)
