Audit & Risk Recruitment are recruiting for an Audit Semi Senior on behalf of our client, a well-established Top 15 accountancy firm, to join their team in their Maidstone office. This is a firm with a strong national presence, known for combining deep technical expertise with a people-first culture. They work with a broad range of clients—from fast-growing SMEs to large corporates and not-for-profits—offering exposure, variety, and a clear development pathway.

The Role:

  • As an Audit Semi-Senior, you’ll be involved in audit assignments from planning to completion.
  • Working closely with Audit Seniors and Managers, you’ll take ownership of fieldwork, liaise with clients, and support the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the planning, execution, and completion of audits across a diverse client base.
  • Conduct audit testing and fieldwork, both remotely and on-site.

  • Work closely with senior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified with 1–2 years’ audit experience (ideally in practice).
  • Good working knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
