A global organisation is hiring an Investigations Manager who will focus on employee relations–led cases across a diverse and evolving business. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day matters including, but not limited to, bullying and harassment concerns, conflicts of interest, expense-related issues, and perceived discrimination.
The ideal candidate will come from an HR or employee relations background and be comfortable leading “fact-finding” style investigations rather than policy-setting or enforcement work. You’ll need a genuine interest in people and their challenges, with the ability to approach situations sensitively and objectively.
This role requires someone who can navigate nuance—understanding that cases rarely present a single, clear truth—and who can make balanced, well-reasoned recommendations that reflect multiple perspectives. Given the organisation’s pace of growth and frequent acquisitions, you’ll be working across teams with varied cultures and ways of operating.
Success in this role depends on strong emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and an appreciation for corporate dynamics and politics. This is not suited to someone coming straight from a purely law enforcement or financial investigations background; instead, it’s an opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, people-centric environments and can bring clarity to internal conflicts with professionalism and care.
