A global organisation is hiring an Investigations Manager who will focus on employee relations–led cases across a diverse and evolving business. The ideal candidate will come from an HR or employee relations background and be comfortable leading “fact-finding” style investigations rather than policy-setting or enforcement work.
Given the organisation’s pace of growth and frequent acquisitions, you’ll be working across teams with varied cultures and ways of operating.
