Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a multi-billion turnover Technology company as they expand their Enterprise Risk Management team with this newly created role. This will give you an opportunity to work closely with a very experienced ERM Director, consistently own C-Suite level stakeholder relationships and work autonomously across multiple business units.

Reporting into the Enterprise Risk Director, you will take ownership of a large section of the Principal Risk portfolio as well as multiple business units. You will play a key role in ensuring the ERM Framework is fully embedded into the business, as well as embedding risk management practices into business units (e.g. Key Risk Indicators and Risk Appetite Statements). You will help to maintain Risk Registers at a Group and Business Unit level, liaise with and upskill Risk Champions across the business, produce high quality Risk reports and report to the Risk Committee when required.

The business is preparing to implement Riskonnect so you will provide training to the business to ensure it's properly utilised. You will also be involved in various ad-hoc risk projects (e.g. AI Risk, Geopolitical Risk etc).

You will hold a relevant qualification (e.g. IRM/ACA/ACCA/IIA) and have strong Enterprise Risk Management experience in large commercial businesses or Big 4/Top 10 practice. Having experience in the Software industry is beneficial but certainly not essential. You must have excellent communication skills and be very confident managing relationships with C-Suite level stakeholders.

You must be willing to commute to Cambridge 1-2 days/week, or occasional trips to London. No visa sponsorships are offered.

The salary offered is £80,000-£90,000 + bonus (10%) + private medical + 28 days annual leave.
