The Audit Point is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Wadebridge and support the effective delivery of inspection and audit activity across our client base.

The Audit Point is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Wadebridge and support the effective delivery of inspection and audit activity across our client base.

As Project Coordinator, you will provide day‑to‑day coordination between our field team, clients and internal operations colleagues.

You will help ensure inspection reports are reviewed and published on time, client enquiries are handled effectively, and the field team has the information, equipment and support needed to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and validate quality and food safety inspection reports before publication.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, inspectors and internal teams.
  • Support client enquiries, supplier certificate management, corrective action logs and document control.
  • Monitor communication channels and help ensure enquiries are routed and resolved promptly.
  • Maintain ticketing and CRM records so actions, progress and updates can be tracked effectively.
  • Organise inspector equipment, client risk assessments, health and safety updates and related training activity.
  • Coordinate ad hoc inspection requests in collaboration with the Scheduling team.

About you

You will be a proactive and practical coordinator who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping things organised.

You will be comfortable handling multiple priorities, communicating clearly and following tasks through to completion.
