About the Role
AudioStack is looking for a mid-level Implementation Manager based in either our HQ in London or our Operations Hub in Barcelona to lead customer onboarding and technical implementation projects across our enterprise and mid-market clients. This is a high-impact and strategic role within our Operations Team and alongside our Customer Success team and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, client consulting, and technical delivery. This role is hands-on. You will take ownership of complex implementations, work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations, and ensure our customers successfully deploy AudioStack's AI-powered audio infrastructure, seamlessly integrated into their workflow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the successful delivery of customer implementations from post-sale handover through go-live and adoption.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering).
- Drive projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Understand clients' business processes, KPIs, and operational challenges.
- Assess client software ecosystems and integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into structured technical implementation plans.
- Identify optimisation opportunities and scalable AI audio use cases.
- Act as the primary implementation point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales to ensure smooth client kickoffs and clear expectation alignment.
- Run structured kick-offs, status updates, QBR inputs, and strategic check-ins.
- Build trusted relationships with agency partners and media teams.
- Standardise onboarding processes and implementation playbooks.
- Forecast onboarding capacity and coordinate sprint planning with Operations.
- Establish best practices for rollout across new markets and channels.
- Drive continuous improvement across tools, documentation, and workflows.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Onboarding, or IT/Tech Consulting.
- Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers on complex technical projects.
- Exposure to AdTech, MarTech, or Ad Operations is highly desirable.
- Experience managing API-based or SaaS implementations is a strong plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

- Strong understanding of APIs and integrations (coding experience is a plus, not required).
- Comfortable navigating technical discussions with product and engineering teams.
