About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is keen to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of marketing activities. Working closely with the Content & Social Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting campaign delivery, content creation, digital marketing activity, and day‑to‑day team operations. From social media and website updates to events and reporting, you’ll help ensure the marketing function runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the North London office and clinics around England for collaboration, on‑site content creation, planning, and key meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns and activities.
- Support content creation and social media management, including drafting, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring engagement.
- Assist with digital marketing activity, including website updates, basic PPC support, and routine site checks.
- Help manage marketing assets and printed materials, liaising with external suppliers where required.
- Support local and online presence, including location listings, SEO updates, and review management (e.g. Google and Trustpilot).
- Gather data and support reporting on marketing performance across digital channels.
- Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, and documentation to keep projects organised and on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, social media and website management.
- Experience using content management systems (WordPress essential; Wix desirable).
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and design platforms (e.g. Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail; highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
