Audiological Science Limited London, Hybrid
Audiological Science Limited (ASL) specialises in the assessment of hearing and provision of hearing aids within the Private and NHS sectors. It currently operates a team of 95 staff , mostly based in the UK with some functions based in India. Following two years of strong growth and new investment from private equity funds, we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated IT professional who can grow with us as we move to the next level.
The position will be hybrid with some weekly attendance required in the office (Finchley), or other sites, as necessary to be effective. This role is hands-on requiring both a strategic and detailed approach and will suit a candidate seeking a role that predominantly focuses upon digital process development.

You will need the professionalism and gravitas to work effectively with the management team whilst demonstrating the strong teamwork ethic necessary to developing and delivering practical, technical solutions to business challenges.
Key ingredients for success are the ability to adeptly understand the business operations and to combine this with technical knowledge to ensure the business has an effective, secure and efficient IT environment.

• Technology Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate digital solutions (off-the-shelf or bespoke) that align with our business needs and NHS requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with our clinical, administrative, and operational teams to understand their pain points and opportunities for improvement. Engage with NHS partners and patients to capture requirements and feedback.
• Project Management: Oversee digital projects from conception to launch, including requirements gathering, user journey design, vendor management, user acceptance testing, training, and roll-out.
• Process Automation: Explore and deploy automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) to reduce manual tasks, improve accuracy, and support scalability.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all digital systems and processes meet NHS standards for data protection, confidentiality, and cyber security; maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, NHS Digital guidelines).
• Provide wider customer touch point management – physical mail/texts/phones
• Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs to measure impact and success; run regular retrospectives and gather user feedback to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Budget and cost management.
