We’re seeking a creative and proactive Content & Social Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced all-round marketer who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social communities, and contributing to integrated marketing campaigns. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the North London office and clinics around England for collaboration, on-site content creation, planning, and key meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and deliver high-quality content across digital, social, and offline channels, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and internal communications.
  • Manage organic social media activity across B2B and B2C platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and refine content based on trends and performance data.
  • Manage engagement across external community hubs, forums, local online groups, and partner channels to support brand visibility.
  • Segment and manage the marketing database to support targeted campaigns and personalised communications.
  • Plan and deliver email newsletters, nurture campaigns, and customer updates.
  • Work with designers and internal stakeholders to develop creative assets that support marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Required Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years’ proven experience of managing organic social media channels and producing high-quality content.
  • Experience using content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience coordinating design and print projects.
  • Experience writing for multiple formats - web, email, social, print, internal communications.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work – ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).

  • Experience working in healthcare.
  • Experience working with external agencies, freelancers or community partners.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and design best practices.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Experience using WordPress.
