About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Field Audiologist to join our private hearing care team. This is a field-based role providing professional audiology services across the South Coast, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on customer care and private sales. You will be responsible for carrying out hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare, delivering an outstanding client experience either in the patient’s home or in partner clinics. With a mixture of coastal towns and rural communities to cover, this role suits an audiologist who enjoys variety, independence, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities: Conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and follow-up care in private settings (home visits and clinics). Recommend appropriate hearing solutions, tailoring advice to clients’ needs and lifestyle. Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service, professional product recommendations, and commercial awareness. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Manage your own diary effectively to cover a wide geographic area across the South Coast. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HCPC standards of practice. Support marketing and local business development initiatives in your territory. Qualifications: Qualified Audiologist with minimum 2 years’ experience post-registration. HCPC registration (or ability to register). Proven experience in a commercial/private hearing care setting. Track record of achieving sales targets in a customer-focused environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently with a flexible, field-based schedule. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South Coast region. Required Skills: Strong clinical audiology skills. Sales and customer service expertise. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Effective time management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in private hearing care. Knowledge of local market dynamics.
