We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hearing Care Assistant to join our team. This is a patient-facing role supporting both NHS and private patients across multiple clinic locations. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality aftercare, troubleshooting hearing aids, and supporting audiologists in day-to-day operations.

  • Deliver empathetic, patient-centred support to help patients adjust to hearing aids.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow data protection requirements.
  • Hearing Care Assistant qualification (University Certificate or equivalent).
  • Basic computer literacy.
