The L-Acoustics Creative Software team is looking for a highly motivated C++ developer to join our dynamic team of engineers and designers. The team develops a range of market-leading professional software control applications and embedded audio products for live music events, festivals, sound installations and more. Our product range is focused on high-channel count, spatial audio sound reinforcement solutions for the most discerning audio productions, from studio to stage. We offer a full system approach where every component is designed to work seamlessly with the rest of the system.
As part of the Creative Software team, you will be working on cross-platform (macOS, Windows, Linux) software and firmware working on all aspects as the product such as User Interface, Networking, Interoperability with 3rd party systems, Audio Processing, Performance optimizations, Automated testing.

Requirements:
- Product mindset: high interest in providing beautiful interfaces and workflows to users. You find satisfaction in delivering a product as well as nice code.
- Experience working as part of a team, and strong track record of effective collaborations with peer engineers and other functions such as Product Owners or Designers.
- Strong C++ and Standard Library knowledge with some experience working in large commercial code bases.
- Proven ability in solving complex problems, debugging, and profiling.
- Interest in UI design and implementation.
- Qualification in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
- Fluent English essential.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a product team with Product Owners and Designers.
- Knowledge of OSC, MIDI, music control systems / DAWs.
- Experience with audio processing.
- Experience in an industry where software performance and reliability are crucial (Medical, Defense, Automotive, Aerospace, Financial, ...).
- Experience with C++ UI frameworks such as JUCE or Qt.
