We combine sensor fusion, metric depth estimation, and ML-driven scene understanding to deliver accurate, markerless camera tracking, proxy geometry, and VFX-ready metadata. We exist to bridge the gap between physical cinematography and digital production, turning any camera into a spatially intelligent device. We are now hiring a Tech Sales Manager to drive adoption and ensure long-term success across studios, virtual production stages, and VFX pipelines.
Role Overview
This role spans technical sales, solution delivery, and customer success. You will not only close deals but also ensure that customers:
- successfully deploy our solution
- integrate it into their workflows
- continue using it across productions
You must understand both the commercial dynamics and the on-set realities of systems such as Mo-Sys, Stype RedSpy, Ncam, Vicon, OptiTrack, and similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Drive direct sales to studios, VP stage operators, VFX companies, broadcasters, and real-time production teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demos, trials, negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver high-quality technical demos tailored to DPs, VFX supervisors, and technical operators.
- Support pilot deployments and early-stage evaluations.
Business Development
- Build relationships with VP stages, rental houses, system integrators, and production companies.
- Identify new market opportunities across film, broadcast, immersive, and real-time sectors.
- Support development of reseller and integration partnerships.
Customer Success & Adoption
- Own the post-sale customer journey, from onboarding to long-term adoption.
- Ensure successful deployment in real production environments.
- Act as the primary commercial/technical point of contact for key customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, usage, and retention.
- Proactively identify risks (e.g. failed deployments, poor tracking results, workflow friction) and resolve them.
- Coordinate with tracking operators and engineering teams to ensure successful on-set performance.
- Develop best practices, onboarding materials, and repeatable deployment workflows.
- Drive account growth through upselling, renewals, and expanded usage across productions.
Market Positioning
Understand and articulate our positioning against:
- Mo-Sys StarTracker
- Stype RedSpy
- Ncam
- Vicon / OptiTrack
- Rokoko / Xsens / Noitom
Translate customer pain points into clear product value, including:
- Reduced setup complexity
- Improved robustness
- Lower cost of ownership
- Richer data outputs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Feed structured customer insights back to product and engineering teams.
- Help prioritise features based on real-world usage and deployment friction.
- Contribute to pricing models, packaging, and commercial offers.
- Support creation of case studies, demos, and technical marketing content.
Industry Presence
- Represent the company at events such as IBC, SIGGRAPH, and NAB Show.
- Attend on-site demos, VP stage deployments, and client evaluations.

- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or customer success within:
- Camera tracking
- Motion capture
- Virtual production
- Broadcast graphics
- Real-time VFX
- Experience with systems such as:
- Mo-Sys StarTracker

- Ncam
- Vicon / OptiTrack
- Rokoko / Xsens / Noitom
- Proven ability to:
- Close deals
- Manage customer relationships post-sale
- Support technical deployments
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hybrid hardware/software business models
- Engage both technical and creative stakeholders
