An opportunity has arisen for a technically curious, hands‑on individual to help integrate modern AI tools across a fast‑growing technology‑focused organisation supporting film, television and broadcast production. This role is practical and operational, not research or software engineering. You will work across multiple departments to identify where AI can streamline workflows, automate routine tasks and unlock new capabilities. You should already be a confident user of tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies. Your mission: Make AI an effective, everyday tool across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify practical AI use cases across teams
- Deploy and configure AI tools to support internal workflows
- Build simple automations to reduce repetitive tasks
- Contribute to internal AI‑assisted knowledge systems
- Create prompt libraries and usage guidelines
- Train and support staff in adopting AI tools

About You
