The predicted salary is between 26509 - 27500 £ per year.

We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for a full‑time permanent position based in the Loughton area, visiting patients in their own homes. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility to meet business needs. The role is supported by a designated diary coordinator and a team of managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales, in accordance with HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
  • Complete audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system accurately and synchronise daily.
  • Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation.
  • Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries, timely and professionally.
  • Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.

Requirements

  • Qualified HAD or pre‑registered HAD.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Member of, or prepared to become a member of, BSHAA.
  • IT skills sufficient to use company systems and audiometry equipment.
  • Strong time and job‑management abilities to enable a well‑planned and structured workload.
