The predicted salary is between 40000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for a 9-month FTC based in the Gloucester Branch. You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and a supportive team of managers. You will be employed on a full-time permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide/sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time frames in accordance with HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
  • Complete audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system accurately and synchronise daily.
  • Adhere to company working practices, including the standard consultation.
  • Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.

Requirements

  • Qualified HAD or pre‑registered HAD
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Member or willing to become a member of BSHAA
  • IT skills sufficient to use company systems and audiometry equipment
  • Strong time and job management skills to enable a well‑planned and structured approach to workload
  • Current driving licence
