Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) – North Wales (3 days Chester hearing centre, 2 days home visits)

You will have the support of a diary coordinator and a team of managers. Employment is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with some flexibility to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, provide and sell appropriate hearing solutions within specified time frames, complying with HCPC standards, BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
- Complete audiograms and customer records accurately on the company CMS system and synchronise daily.
- Adhere to company working practices, including the standard consultation.
- Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep knowledge and skills current in line with HCPC CPD requirements.
Qualifications
- Qualified HAD or pre‑registered HAD
- Current HCPC registration
- Member of BSHAA, or willing to become a member
- IT skills sufficient for company systems and audiometry equipment
- Strong time and job‑management abilities to allow a well‑planned and structured approach to workload
- Valid driving licence
