Ear Care Practitioner – Carlisle

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping people improve their quality of life? We are looking for a friendly, patient‑focused Ear Care Practitioner to join our welcoming team at our Carlisle Hearing Centre, working 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday, 9:00am – 5:00pm).
Salary: £11,536 per annum
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare, hearing care, or customer service who enjoys making a genuine impact every day. Whether you're already working as a Hearing Care Assistant or looking to develop a rewarding career in ear and hearing healthcare, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing professional wax removal via microsuction
- Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate
- Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
- Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
- Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Audika's high standards
- Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
- Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience providing high-quality patient care and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems and equipment
