Being a part of the professional audiologists’ team at Audika, you will work independently providing services to HSP, DVA, private and insurance clients. This includes performing hearing assessments, prescription, fitting and consulting. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology via various manufacturers to give you tremendous job satisfaction and greater client outcomes.
Responsibilities, Qualifications & Expectations
- Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services including wax removal (training provided if required) for a diverse clientele.
- Perform precise and insightful hearing assessments, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
- Prescribe suitable hearing aids and skilfully fit them, personalized to individual needs.
- Participate enthusiastically in local area marketing events to raise awareness and promote hearing services.
- Leverage strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to foster meaningful connections with clients.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs.
- Show unwavering dedication to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
- Hold QP qualification and maintain active membership with a recognized audiological peak body.
