Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing Gmb H at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & AI System Engineer to join our high-performance IT Infrastructure team.
This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, Bicester, UK

- Design, deploy and maintain secure hybrid infrastructure services across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, IAM/IDP, cloud-native platforms, data centre systems and local on-premise environments at all company locations.
- Implement automation and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, scripting and CI/CD practices to improve reliability and repeatability.
- Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes, container platforms, integration services, monitoring, logging, secrets management and related platform components.
- Support the introduction and operation of approved AI platforms and AI-enabled IT services in line with company governance, cybersecurity, data protection and compliance requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, optimise resource usage across hybrid cloud and on-premise platforms, and contribute to operational support including documentation and on-call readiness where required.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive xperience in hybrid cloud infrastructure, on-premise system engineering, platform engineering, Dev Ops or related IT operations roles.
- Practical experience with Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365 services, including secure design, deployment, administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, networking, virtualisation, storage, backup, Windows Server and Linux system administration.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, secrets management, Kafka or ELK/Elastic-based monitoring and logging platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, access management, data protection and compliance requirements for cloud and AI-enabled services.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in motorsport, high-performance engineering, automotive, manufacturing or other fast-paced technical environments.
- Knowledge of AI platforms, MLOps concepts, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI services, data platforms or enterprise AI governance processes.
- Experience in cloud managed endpoint management.
