The Company: AudienceView is an organization of people who are passionate about the business of Live Events. We create industry-leading software solutions that fuel attendee engagement, ticket sales and advertising solutions for thousands of sports, music and theatre venues in 16 countries around the world. AudienceView employees share a vision to help entertainment organizations deliver exceptional experiences for people who love live events.

Why we’d want to work with you: We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Product Manager to join the AudienceView Product team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow their product management skills. You will support the product development process and help deliver features that solve real client problems.

What you’ll do:

  • Requirements Gathering: Sit in on client and internal sessions, capture structured notes, and turn raw requests into clear problem statements. Ask the follow-up questions that surface what a request actually needs before it reaches engineering.
  • Requirement Writing: Author epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to a consistent, high standard. Ensure every story has a clear rationale, testable acceptance criteria, and enough context that engineering and QA do not have to guess.
  • Epic & Ticket Work: Break large pieces of work into properly structured epics and stories. Keep dependencies and sequencing visible, and maintain a clean, trustworthy backlog in Productboard and Azure DevOps.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Keep the status of open client requests current and visible, and flag anything going stale. Maintain internal documentation and release notes for the workstream.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, the Senior Product Manager, and Professional Services. Keep people informed and raise questions early rather than working in isolation.

What you'll need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Exposure to Agile environments and product development processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, or structured requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making.
  • Organized and reliable, with a backlog the team can trust.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions on a high-stakes account.
  • Interest in SaaS, B2B, or customer-facing platforms is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops or analytics tools.
  • Exposure to ticketing, e-commerce, or similar platforms.

Why Join AudienceView:

  • Opportunity to grow within a Product organization.
  • Work on customer-facing products in the live events space.
  • Collaborative and supportive environment.
