AudienceProject is looking for a partner director to work in our London office to support our continued growth. Are you a salesperson with expertise driving high volume sales within the research or media industry? And do you have an interest in audience measurement? Our platform enables clients to better understand the reach and effect of their campaigns across channels, helping them make confident marketing decisions to reach and impact their audiences more effectively.
What you will do:
- Responsible for short and longer term commercial success with one of our global partners.
- Focus primarily on selling Cross Media Studies to one of our most important partners across several markets.
- Be an inspiring seller who acts with urgency and believes in the need for proactive outreach.
- Build and cultivate a large network of contacts and interact regularly with them in order to maximise the volume of studies.
- Confidently convey business value and grow the partner.
- Identify, develop and close sales opportunities.
- Prospect, build and manage a pipeline of relevant deals with existing and new contacts.
- Grow revenue year over year.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and book of business.
- Take control of sales situations internally and externally.
- Be able to operate in a complex and fast-changing company and market environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Be a clear communicator internally and externally, and produce proposals and pricing documents to a very high standard.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction (NPS).
- Stay on top of all relevant industry trends and leverage these when engaging with the partner.
- Be a team player internally, to ensure onboarding and development success for the partner by working with CSM, Data Science, Product development and other relevant departments.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years relevant sales experience from tech, media, research or analytics company.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- University degree or similar level of academic achievement.
- Understand what motivates people, team mates and customers, and be driven to drive personal, client and revenue growth.
- Have an inclusive, empathic, authentic and “open hand - open heart” personality.
- Leading from the front and providing feedback to the team and ensuring progress.
- Have knowledge and tenacity to find and pursue new sales opportunities.
