About the Company

AudienceProject is a cross-media measurement company that helps brands and platforms measure campaign and brand impact across all channels.

About the Role

We are hiring a Program Manager to own the company’s most complex programs and projects: those that span multiple pods and require sustained cross-team coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery of technical, commercial and go-to-market outcomes. You will run and help define technical program management mechanisms and ways of working for multi-pod initiatives, drive program governance, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of mission-critical work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for high-complexity programs that span multiple pods: define scope, success criteria, milestones, resourcing and budgets.
  • Establish and run program governance (steering committees, status cadence, RACI, risk register, decision logs).
  • Coordinate cross-pod delivery: plan interdependencies, negotiate tradeoffs, resolve blockers, and balance capacity across pods.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, product requirements, and release schedules with engineering and data teams.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for program status, risks, and escalations; proactively surface issues and propose mitigations.
  • Create and maintain clear program artifacts: timelines, milestone trackers, dependency maps, runbooks, and post-mortems.
  • Drive continuous improvement of cross-pod processes and templates; introduce standards and tooling that increase predictability.
  • Communicate program status and decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; prepare concise briefings and dashboards.
  • Ensure quality and operational readiness for launches (go/no-go criteria, stakeholder sign-offs, handover to operations/commercial teams).
  • Coach pod leads and project owners on program practices and execution discipline.

What success looks like

  • Reliable, repeatable governance for multi-pod programs with clear decision paths and reduced unresolved blockers.
  • On-time delivery of high-impact cross-pod programs to agreed scope and quality.
  • Established templates, playbooks and tooling for program planning and dependency management used across pods.
  • Measurable improvement in leadership confidence and stakeholder satisfaction for complex program delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing complex technical programs or products, preferably in ad tech, measurement, data or SaaS.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span engineering, data, product and commercial teams.
  • Deep experience with dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder escalation at senior levels.
  • Strong technical literacy: able to engage with APIs, data pipelines, measurement concepts and tradeoffs without being an engineer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce concise executive updates and drive alignment.
  • Practiced in agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban), program planning and PM tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Gantt/roadmap tools, spreadsheets).
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and to implement pragmatic processes that scale.
  • Strong influencing and facilitation skills; comfortable with negotiation across competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in advertising measurement, brand lift and cross-media measurement.
  • Prior experience working in a pod model or in organizations that use small, empowered cross-functional teams.
  • Program or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Experience launching measurement products or integrations with major platforms (e.g., Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, large DSPs).
