We are a strategic collective dedicated to human-centred brand experiences. At Audience, we organise our expertise through a unique mountain-inspired structure, from our Atlas leadership to our Junior explorers. We value impactful thinking, united working and rock-solid standards.

At Audience, we believe every interaction is an opportunity to shift a mindset. That’s the core of Audience-ology (our internal philosophy). We don’t just deliver logistics; we create experiences that drive real behavioural change.

As a Senior Producer, you are the architect and driving force behind the experience. You take full ownership of our most complex activations, leading with clarity, pace and intent. You’re not managing projects; you’re realising a vision, ensuring every moment and audience touchpoint is strategically precise and executed to the highest standard.

You will lead our Tier 1 projects, acting as the primary strategic and creative lead for the "live" realisation of our work.

  • Experience leadership: You’ll lead the development of complex audience journeys and high-stakes content moments. You define the "how" behind the "wow," ensuring the creative concept is practical, impactful, and immersive.
  • Senior stakeholder management: You’ll be the trusted lead for our most senior clients. You’ll guide them through the production process, managing expectations and advising on event strategy.
  • Pitch Crafting: You’ll be a key voice in the early stages of the project’s life. Working alongside the Strategy and Growth teams, you’ll help build the pitch narrative, ensuring our production approach is as compelling as the creative idea itself.
  • End-to-end ownership: From the initial pitch to the final post-event review, you own the outcome. You ensure the creative vision is protected throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Strategic content flow: You’ll lead on presentation ideas, high-level content strategy and all of the pre- and post-event communications, ensuring that the event narrative is clear, compelling, and perfectly timed.

You are a seasoned pro with 7+ years of experience in brand experience and large-scale live events. You have a deep understanding of audience psychology and high-end production. You also have:

  • A storyteller mindset: You can walk into a pitch room and make a client fall in love with a technical or logistical plan because you frame it through the lens of the audience's experience.
  • Master of the journey: You can visualise and map out intricate audience flows for thousands of people, ensuring every moment is designed for impact.
  • Driving momentum: You take the wheel and move projects forward with pace and intent - creating clarity, building energy, and empowering those around you to deliver at their best.
  • Complex problem solving: You see around corners, anticipating challenges and risks before they surface. You navigate complexity with confidence and deliver creative solutions without compromising the integrity of the work.
  • Leadership and mentorship: You don’t just lead projects, you lead people. You’ll mentor junior producers and set the standards for how we work at Audience.
  • Strategic thinking: You understand the "why" behind the work. You can justify production decisions based on client ROI and audience behaviour.
  • Successful pitch contribution: Great feedback from the New Business team on your ability to build reality-led strategies that help win work.
  • A knack for strategic alignment: Events that hit the client’s broader business goals, high ROI and receive exceptional feedback.
  • A penchant for commercial success: Delivering high-impact experiences that meet GP targets through expert resource and budget management.
  • Client advocacy: Long-term retention of Tier 1 clients and positive referrals based on your leadership.
  • Perfect partnerships: You build trusted, collaborative relationships with suppliers and coach teams to get the very best from them - treating them as a true extension of our team to elevate every project.
  • Operational excellence: Flawless execution of complex, multi-layered activations with zero compromise on creative quality.
