Date released: 01/04/2026
Reports to: Head of Performance & Culture
Salary and contract: TBA, full time permanent
Routine working location: UK, 3 days per week in our London office
What you'll do:
- At Audience, we don’t just "put on events"; we craft experiences that change how people feel. We’re obsessed with the blend of art and science (what we call Audience‑ology). It’s our way of understanding the human journey to ensure every moment of an activation has a purpose.
- As a Producer, you are the engine room of the experience. You are responsible for the "flow", ensuring that the creative vision isn't just a deck, but a real, breathing experience that takes the audience on a specific journey. You’ll be the day‑to‑day lead on mid‑scale projects – driving momentum, aligning moving parts, and keeping everything on track.
- You turn ideas into reality with precision and pace, ensuring the creative vision lands exactly as intended, at every moment that matters.
- Experience shaping: You’ll help develop audience journeys and content moments. You’re responsible for how the event feels from the moment someone arrives until the moment they leave.
- Stakeholder coordination: You are the central point of contact. You’ll manage internal teams, external clients, and third‑party partners to keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal.
- Content and presentation: You’ll help develop presentation ideas and content flows, ensuring that the messaging is integrated seamlessly into the physical environment.
- Project orchestration: Depending on what other team members are involved, you might handle the project independently, including all timelines, status meetings, suppliers, venues, and the logistics, making sure the creative ideas are delivered without any friction on budgets circa £250m.
What we're looking for:
- You are a highly organised, creatively driven problem‑solver who takes pride in the detail and never settles for “that will do”.
