If you’re a digital media expert looking to join an agency in growth, you could be the perfect addition to our friendly team here at Adgen. Our 25-strong team of marketing strategists, campaign delivery staff and digital specialists deliver integrated marketing services to clients who are predominantly from within the education and youth marketing sectors. As SEM and Social Media marketing continues to play a central role in almost all our client campaigns, we’re now looking to bolster our digital team. Our aim is to offer results driven, measurable and exciting digital strategies to our clients. To do this, we’re seeking an ambitious Digital Manager who’ll be responsible for developing and implementing digital ad campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social networks. You will report to the Digital Director and work with other departmental leads to deliver detailed campaign plans, ensuring client goals are met or exceeded. You will be accountable for client campaign performance ensuring that digital media products meet the goals of our clients and marketplace.
You’ll be a digital enthusiast with a strong understanding of all major paid search, social and programmatic media channels, keeping abreast of recent digital trends and innovations, and capable of identifying opportunities proactively. With a focus on results, you will have a passion for data and analytics, but maintain your ability to develop innovative approaches. You will need to be a great communicator, confident in presentations, and keen to develop your own skills.
Location: Leamington Spa, Hybrid
Salary: £35k-£45k
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning and Delivery: Collaborate with the client team to deliver comprehensive media plans that meet client objectives within budget parameters.
- Extract insights from past campaign performance and audience/channel benchmarks to forecast campaign results and generate target KPI’s.
- Use channel best practice to build and execute planned campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in both deployment and reporting.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to brief.
Performance & Reporting
- Continuously monitoring campaign spend (vs. budget) and performance against the target KPI’s.
- Implement ongoing campaign optimisation strategies, reporting actionable insights and channel recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings, giving campaign performance updates.
- Contribute to End of Campaign reports and quarterly reviews.
- Present campaign results and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
Commercial
- Assist in developing the agency’s Paid Media offering, proactively identifying new channels, functionality or approaches.
- Understand your clients’ business, sector trends, and commercial goals — and ensure media activity is aligned.
- Support the client team in identifying new revenue opportunities outside of planned campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their go-to digital media expert.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in PPC and SEM and a passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
