The Client Success and Booking Manager keeps AudibleHeaT running smoothly each day. This position handles all inbound communication, manages bookings, supports members, and maintains consistent client flow. Their work stabilizes revenue, increases customer satisfaction, and frees leadership to focus on engineering, creative direction, partnerships, and expansion.
Core Responsibilities
- Answer calls, texts, emails, and social messages
- Provide clear information about services and pricing
- Respond quickly to new leads

Booking Management
- Convert inquiries into confirmed paid sessions
