About this Role

Audible seeks a Mobile App Marketing Director to support its global acquisition strategy.

The ideal candidate will create and execute mobile acquisition media strategies, driving growth and efficiency goals across multiple channels, including app search, display/programmatic, and social.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of acquisition strategy and tactics for the Audible app on i OS and Android.
  • Establish, execute, and measure the effectiveness of mobile advertising initiatives to incremental conversions and HVAs.
  • Leverage Amazon DSP and agency partners to manage and optimize mobile advertising.
  • Own campaign execution, creation, optimization, and reporting at the tactical level in partnership with agencies.
  • Take action on insights from mobile campaign reporting.
  • Define experimentation framework, manage execution, and share learnings.
  • Influence cross‑functional initiatives such as global promotion, ASO testing, and product collaboration.
  • Manage creative needs and request new assets to optimize performance.
  • Oversee and continuously improve tracking, attribution, and data access for key metrics.
  • Ensure incremental targets are met through close collaboration with internal partners on test design, implementation, and review.
  • Align with the Paid Social team to develop a holistic Paid Social approach across App and Web.

Qualifications

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Professional degree (Bachelor’s degree, MBA, M. A., M. S., or another post‑graduate degree).
  • Experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile apps, ideally leading performance marketing teams across multiple geographies and languages.
  • Experience driving mobile app acquisition growth in a highly competitive marketplace environment.
