Imagine your future with us.ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a member of the UK Publisher Relations team, you will hold a multifaceted role that helps determine and execute Audible’s strategic initiatives concerning its content partners, including some of the world’s largest publishers. You will work with various departments across the business to assist in the development, execution, and management of our relationships with content partners. You\’re an analytical and creative thinker who can ask the right questions and develop a point of view that will influence decisions and drive Audible’s continued success.As a Manager, UK Publisher Relations, you will…- Identify and investigate new partnership opportunities which support Audible’s strategic goals – Develop deal structures and evaluate deal economics with constituents across the organization (Finance, Legal, Product, Content, Strategy) – Negotiate terms for new distribution and content opportunities- Create written reports and presentation materials for executives which communicate financial analysis, strategic perspective, and drive toward a recommendation – Prepare projects for internal support and valuation through data collection and preparation of P&Ls and proposed deal terms – Perform ad hoc strategic analysis to support executive decision-making- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify emerging areas of opportunity and potential risks – Engage with content partners to ensure ongoing relationship development and management – Coordinate with key stakeholders within Audible (Legal, Finance, Marketing, PR, Content Services, Business Development, etc.) to draft and process contracts, implement deals, and give exposure to partners via our merchandising and marketing teams- Track and communicate deal terms within the organization and act as the first line of enforcement of deal terms if necessary ABOUT AUDIBLEAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
