ABOUT THIS ROLE

In partnership with our Creative Directors and as part of our Global Creative Production team, drive the timely development, execution, and localization of creative deliverables across our UK and AUS markets. Workstreams include key art, title cover design, high-volume digital asset production, campaign execution, and end-to-end localization of larger global brand campaigns. This person is AI-fluent with a bias for action, equally capable of working independently or alongside other project managers and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to improving creative delivery, optimizing production workflows, and driving efficiencies across global teams.

ABOUT YOU

You will have demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve creative production efficiency. You will thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple time zones while managing a high volume of concurrent, end-to-end creative workflows. You will bring a strong foundation in Project Management methodologies, hands-on experience with automated design systems and agentic tools, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements. You are a highly organized, proactive self-starter, partner effectively with global cross-functional marketing and creative teams to develop project plans, navigate production complexities, and advance more scalable, efficient ways of working.

As a Manager, Creative Productions, you will...

  • Review incoming requests for production readiness, proactively flagging missing inputs to stakeholders and communicating project dependencies, risks and decisions required for work to kick off.
  • Optimize review and approval processes to reduce friction, create early cross-functional alignment, and protect the team's ability to deliver quality work on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end campaign workflows ensuring timelines are well-grounded, handoffs are clean, and all cross-functional partners have a shared understanding of production plans, execution timelines, and what ‘shipped’ looks like.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between regional and global PM and creative teams, working to ensure market-specific adaptations align with global brand standards and process.
  • Collaborate with strategy and stakeholder leads to ensure creative briefs and business goals translate into clear, actionable production plans that reflect team capacity, vendor support, delivery requirements and creative brand standards.
  • Drive regular cross-function production meetings, ensuring the right people are aligned, blockers are surfaced early, and decisions are identified at the right level.
  • Deliver consistent and regular reporting on resource utilization, workstream timing, and delivery risks; proactively surfacing actionable data and potential solutions to support decision-making by the Senior Director of Creative Production.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination between the creative director and vendor partners - ensuring process accountability, quality control, and on-time delivery within agreed scope.
  • Drive digital asset management streams to ensure creative assets, templates, and brand resources are organized and easily accessible to global and regional teams.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning by surfacing forecasted and recurring projects early enough to inform stakeholder planning, allocate creative capacity and more efficient production planning.
  • Educate stakeholders on Creative processes and ways of working, contribute to clear process documentation, and support onboarding of vendors to enable more consistent and predictable delivery.
