- Pull data directly from reports/plans as part of global rollup exercises.
- Collaborate with measurement teams and channel owners to identify opportunities for budget optimization and cross-market fluidity, maximizing ROI through strategic resource allocation.
- Develop overarching policy, principles, process, and best practices across media for leadership approval and help local teams implement across the Audible services.
- Develop strategy for multi marketplace initiatives.
- Partner with Analytics to improve media measurement framework and redefine metrics of success.
- Collaborate with channel owners and measurement partners to create and execute an annual testing roadmap, aligning key stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic test campaigns beyond BAU media activity.
- Partner with key media partners (e.g. Google, Meta, Tiktok) to develop and execute joint business plans, ensuring clear tracking of initiatives and regular progress reviews against objectives.
- Facilitate a cohesive media community for shared learning, training, and development.
- Work with emerging territories to implement best practices and "media playbook".
- Ensure updated channel mapping structure is maintained across Audible services and work with product to implement any required changes/updates.
- Analyze key marketing metrics and help to set guardrails based on Audible service maturity (i.e. marketing as a percentage of revenue).
- Work with GMC lead to define global strategic priorities for media agency and vendors.
- Compile a media agency performance program, operating across all marketplaces working with global lead and key stakeholders across teams/regions.
