Audi are looking for a Product Support Manager to join the Product Planning team on a full-time fixed term contract basis, until the end of November 2026.

What you could be doing:

  • In this analytical and investigative role, you will be conducting performance analysis of products and customer interactions, reporting insights to the Product Manager, management team and wider stakeholders to guide decisions of product lifecycle activities and tactical programmes.
  • You will play an important part in informing future strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as guiding product launches and lifecycle actions.
  • You will be supporting the Product Manager in all areas of the Product Marketing function and lead communications of product launches, model year and in lifecycle actions assisting communications within Brand and retailers/centres.
  • You will also be working closely with the Product Analyst in supporting with Model Year and Lifecycle Systems set up and management.
  • You will need to ensure work is conducted within legal frameworks and maintains compliance with VWG Environmental and Product Policies.
  • You will be a key contact for a variety of internal stakeholders across the Factory, Customer Support Centre, Marketing, Business Support and Operational teams.

  • You will have strong experience in project management and can demonstrate confidence finding solutions to a variety of tasks.
