Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.
This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland). This is a temporary role for a duration of 12 months with possible extension; start date: ASAP.
Your mission:
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and decide on the best recruitment strategy tailored to each role.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search.
- Conducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics and continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
Your profile:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of operational, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong active sourcing skills and experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Good experience with different applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools (preferably SAP based).
- Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a high level of integrity.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Motivated team player with high levels of professionalism, quality and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and German.
