Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.
The SAP Specialist / Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, validating, developing and supporting scalable SAP solutions across the current SAP ECC landscape and the future SAP S/4HANA environment. The role bridges business requirements, SAP standard processes, technical feasibility, integration needs and hands-on technical development, with a strong focus on supporting the ERP transformation and ensuring sustainable operations after go-live. The position works closely with business process owners, project teams, SAP implementation partners, the dedicated IT Enterprise Architect and internal IT functions to translate requirements into robust SAP solution designs, perform or coordinate SAP developments, support fit-to-standard decisions and reduce unnecessary customisation. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission:
- Design and validate SAP solution concepts across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with SAP standard, business requirements, integration principles, IT Enterprise Architecture guidance and the future target operating model.
- Act as a functional and technical bridge between business departments, SAP implementation partners, the SAP Competence Center and internal IT teams during process design, fit-to-standard workshops, testing, cutover and hypercare.
- Support SAP-specific design reviews for interfaces, master data concepts, authorisations, development guidelines, transport concepts and change request governance, in alignment with the dedicated IT Enterprise Architect where broader architecture decisions are required.
- Analyse business requirements and challenge non-standard developments by assessing feasibility, process impact, cost, risk and long-term maintainability.
- Perform hands-on SAP technical development where required, including ABAP developments, enhancements, forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, CDS views, Fiori/UI5 components or SAP BTP extensions, while ensuring quality, security and maintainability.
- Support SAP operations by contributing to incident analysis, problem resolution, solution improvements and structured handover from project delivery into regular SAP Competence Center operations.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of relevant experience in SAP consulting, SAP application management, SAP solution design or SAP project delivery in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including end-to-end business process integration, configuration principles, custom developments, interfaces and operational support models.
- Capability to perform, evaluate, specify and govern SAP technical developments, including ABAP, enhancements, forms, workflows, interfaces, APIs, SAP BTP extensions and clean-core extension concepts.
- Experience with SAP transformation programmes, fit-to-standard design, testing, data migration, cutover, hypercare and transition into operations.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams and external partners in English.
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Restful application Programming, SAP Integration Suite, Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP VIM, SAP Analytics Cloud, authorisation concepts, SOD or master data governance is beneficial.
- Hands-on capability in ABAP development, CDS views, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP development services, integration technologies and technical debugging is required; broader experience across multiple SAP development technologies is beneficial.
- German language skills are an advantage.
