Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.
Your mission:
- Autonomous execution of project procurement as well as the development of purchasing and indirect sourcing strategies.
- Responsibility for the tendering process (RFx) and supplier relationship management for assigned procurement projects.
- Development and implementation of procurement strategies to continuously reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) and improve the quality, standards, and delivery performance of purchased services and products.
- Systematic negotiation of procurement scopes, taking into account cost, lead times, and quality.
- Active supplier management and continuous development of the existing supplier base.
- Operational handling from the request for quotation (RFQ) and purchase order (PO) placement to delivery tracking and expediting.
- Interface coordination between suppliers, specialist departments, and project management.
Your profile:
- Completed degree in business administration or a similar technical or commercial vocational training with solid experience in technical procurement.
- Further education as a certified procurement specialist (with Swiss Federal Diploma) or a completed bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and SAP R3 or SAP S4/HANA.
- Initial experience in coordinating between quality assurance, design, and production departments.
- Strong technical understanding and sound analytical skills.
- A high degree of assertiveness and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and positive work attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Structured and goal-oriented approach to working within a project environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Business fluent proficiency in both German and English.
