This position for the Audi Revolut F1 Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission:

  • Programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software.
  • Setting up and proving out complex milled components, as well as applying and optimizing modifications.
  • Post-processing 3D-printed parts.
  • Working on state‐of‐the‐art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls.
  • Loading and prioritizing prototype, single, and small-batch parts using the latest robot technology.
  • Being responsible for the accuracy of the parts and the entire process; from material ordering to the final inspection of the workpieces.
  • Working occasional weekend shifts.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ.
  • Several years of experience with 5-axis machines.
  • Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL is an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (is an advantage).
  • Enthusiasm for high-tech materials.
  • Careful and highly independent way of working.
  • Strong team skills and flexibility.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard working hours.
  • Good language skills in German as well as English.
