Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK.
Your mission:
- Execute precise issuing of air, sea, and road freight documentation including Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, and CMR.
- Manage international trade compliance by issuing Proforma Invoices and Carnet ATA for temporary exports.
- Support the physical loading and securing of specialized racing equipment for air, sea, and road transport.
- Coordinate time-critical late deliveries and return shipments with external freight providers.
- Issue accurate dangerous goods declarations for lithium batteries, fuels, and pressurized containers across all transport modes.
- Optimize parts packing methods to maximize volume efficiency and ensure component protection.
- Drive the digitalization and standardization of shipping documents to streamline global logistics workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison between the internal transport department and trackside logistics teams.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards for all cargo.
- Collaborate closely with the Audi Formula Racing logistics department in Neuburg to align global operations.
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding agent or a similar educational degree in logistics.
- Five to ten years of professional experience in international shipping and supply chain management.
- Proven hands-on mentality with the ability to manage physical and operational challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in all MS Office programs and digital logistics platforms.
- Fluent English skills to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Experience in issuing dangerous goods documentation for air, sea, and road freight.
- Previous experience in motorsport or high-pressure event logistics is highly desirable.
- Valid forklift license and truck license to support onsite loading operations.
- Highly structured work approach to maintain precision under tight race-week deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to the non-standard working hours required by the global Formula 1 calendar.
